Calibration in measurement technology and metrology is the comparison of measurement values delivered by a device under test with those of a calibration standard of known accuracy. Such a standard could be another measurement device of known accuracy, a device generating the quantity to be measured such as a voltage, or a physical artefact, such as a meter ruler.
This ESD workstation consists of Yokogawa MC 100, Yokogawa MC 400, Yokogawa CA 700, Yokogawa DM 7560, Yokogawa 2560A, Yokogawa 2558A, Yokogawa 2000 integrated into ESD cockpit, it also consists of RGB LED lighting system , safety and switch units, power sockets and other accessories.
Calibration and Testing
This ESD workplace system consists of Power Supply, Function generator, oscilloscope, DSO, Fluke, soldering and desoldering station integrated in cockpit. Safety and switch unit, power sockets, LED Lighting system, bench mounting type 10x magnifying glass and other accessories.
Fluke Calibration setup
This ESD workbench consists of 0-125V DC/ 0-10A supply integrated into ESD cockpit, Fluke 8846A, Fluke 5080A calibrator, Fluke 6003A integrated in 19’’ cabinet. In this case provision for 3 parallel outputs for Fluke 6003A has been made in 19’’ cabinet. This system also consists of RGB LED lighting, power sockets and three phase safety and socket module.
